Hands down...my experience with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery and Dr. Sarosiek was the best medical experience I’ve ever had. From the initial consultation, to the day of surgery and my after care...everything has been nothing short of perfect. Dr. Sarosiek is truly a master at his craft and his bedside manner is top notch. I would recommend Dr. Sarosiek, his staff and facility without a bit of hesitation. I am a 21, 5’5” and around 150 pounds with 32GG breasts. Ever since 8th grade I had struggled with my appearance, being so out of proportion with my body. My breasts were very heavy and saggy, and buying bras was a nightmare! Of course they didn’t carry my size in practically any store so I always had to buy online which is frustrating. I had to buy larger sizes in shirts to compensate for my chest and nothing ever looked right on me. Not to mention the back and shoulder pain that comes day in and day out. I was developing anterior pelvic tilt due to my lower back muscles pulling taught to compensate for the top heaviness. So finally I thought it was time to look into my options! Hallelujah! Dr. Papillon was AMAZING! First off, the staff at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery is superb. The office was lovely and inviting, and everyone was super attentive and friendly. Dr. Papillion is very nice and easy to talk to, I felt very comfortable when I when in for a consultation. He assessed my situation and agreed instantly that I was a great candidate for this operation. We discussed sizing and looked at pictures together to help pinpoint the desired look. I said I would be thrilled to be in the D/DD range. I told him I would rather be still a little larger in size rather than too small, and he answered all of my questions before I even asked! I felt very confident that he understood what I wanted. I booked the surgery 3 months later and due to me being a hairstylist, he recommended taking at least 4 weeks off to heal completely. The surgery was text book and in my experience, the pain wasnt too bad! I was only on the pain pills for the first three days, as I was very conscientious of taking opioids. (And they make you constipated which is the worst!) As long as I was leaning back and keeping pressure of my chest it wasn’t too terrible. The only thing that really was uncomfortable was the stinging of the incisions. I never had muscle spasm or nausea, so I didn’t have to take those medications either thankfully! My biggest piece of advice post op is getting a neck ring. I found lounging on the couch the most comfortable with a few pillows behind my back for support and the neck ring. I am two and a half weeks and my recovery has been great! Other than being conscientious of how I move as it can pull on the incisions, I’ve had no issues. And I am absolutely IN LOVE with my results! My breast are now lifted and perky and my nipples are much smaller. I feel so much more confident already and I can’t wait to go clothes shopping! So worth it.

When I found out I was pregnant with Triplets you can imagine the surprise I felt. I knew I wanted to be a mom forever but had no idea what my body was about to go through. When I found out I was pregnant I weighed 135 pounds I am 5"5 I have never been super skinny but I had a small waist and nice stomach. When I was 26 weeks pregnant I had to go onto hospital bedrest and stayed for the next two months before delivering three healthy babies at 34 weeks all a little over four pounds. I lost all my muscle and had zero strength when I went home. I gained 51 lbs during the pregnancy but it wasn't just the weight, everything changed! My whole shape was different, my whole life was different and I just didn't feel like myself. The next three years I focused on raising the kids and every moment of every day revolved around them. I tried different workouts and eating plans, I lost all but the last 10 pounds but still I felt so unsexy. I would look in the mirror and cry because my body just didn't feel like mine. I used to feel confident and sexy but after the kids all I could think of was how uncomfortable in my own skin I felt. My husband always told me how great I looked and people couldn't believe I carried Triplets but I didn't feel good about myself. Once the kids turned three, they were all potty trained and out of cribs I knew it was my time. I was ready to feel good about myself. Not for anyone else, but for me. I was tired of not having any core strength, always having back problems and my stomach rolling over my pants. I decided I was going to find the perfect doctor for me and after six consults and endless hours or resurch, looking at before and after pictures I found Dr. Paul Papillion. I was immediatly impressed with how comfortable I was with he and his staff. Dr. Papillion went over what I could expect, what he thought I would benifet from, risk factors, and before and after pictures. Dr. Papillion and I decided on a full tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast augmentation and liposuction to my hips and outer thighs. I left the consult and immediatly called my husband telling him I was ready to book and get my body back . A month later it was surgery time, 3/7/18. I was so very scared! My anxiety was through the roof! Suddenly, after three years of knowing that I wanted and needed a tummy tuck, I was trying to change my mind. I propobly called Dr. Papillions office everyday for the week leading up to surgury and spoke to his nurse Sydney, asking all types of random questions. I even went back in to confirm my impant size. She was so wonderful always reasuring me it was normal to be scared and they were here for me. Surgery morning.... I kissed my sweet babies and held my husbands hand tighter then I ever have while heading to the hospital. I chose a hospital because I wanted an overnight stay instead of coming home the same day. When I arrived the staff took me right back and went over the procedure with me. The anesthesiologist arrived and told me he would take extra good care of me and made me so comfortable. Next was Dr. Papillion. He marked me up, gave me Valuim and next thing I remembered was waking up in the hosital room with my compression gown on. I coudn't believe it was over. I had zero complictions from the surgery. I woke up very thirsty, but the pain was minimal. I was getting up to go to the bathroom that night and walking, I coudn't believe it. Dr. Papillion gave me his direct number and said if I had any questions I could call him directly. He took such good care of me. The recovery was slow. It took me three weeks to completly walk upright. I slept alot and stayed on my pain meds the first few days. Everyday I got a little stronger and felt better. The compression garment really helped support me and when I took it off to shower the first few days I thought I would fall over but I didn't. I am now three months out and I feel so good! I hold my head up high now and feel so confident in my own skin. I am more intimant with my husband now because I'm not so self-conscious. I took my kids to the beach in a bikini and played with them instead of hidding. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Pappion and the whole staff at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery. I truly feel like they have given me my life back I no longer just feel like a "mom" I feel like myself. Having my mommy makeover was the best thing I could have ever done for myself and my family!

I’m a very healthy and fit 53 year old. However, 4 pregnancies within 10 years had taken a toll on my body. I had reached a point where I couldn’t obtain the results I wanted through diet and exercise. Once I made the decision to seek surgical help with my problem areas I had planned on having a consultation with 3 plastic surgeons. I scheduled my first consult with Dr Paul Papillion. During the meeting I knew I didn’t need to waste any time searching for a better option. I was so comfortable with him that I booked my surgery before I left the office. He always presents himself in the most professional manner. He is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bed side manner!!
He was so patient in answering my long list of questions prior to surgery as well as during my postoperative visits. He was very thorough in explaining the very best surgical options that would obtain the results I wanted for MY BODY.
His office staff has always made be feel so comfortable during my entire experience.
I’m thrilled with my results of a full abdominoplasty, breast augmentation and minimal liposuction of the flanks.
I’ve never felt better about myself and I look amazing!
I have absolutely no regrets in my surgical procedures and choice of physician.

5 years ago I made a life altering decision to have gastric bypass. After working hard, I lost half my weight and because of that, I struggled being confident with saggy stomach skin and un-symmetric breasts. I was interested in an extended tummy tuck and a breast aug/lift. I had been thinking about this surgery for a while, but as career focused working mom I struggled finding the time or courage to follow through. I had previous consultations with other surgeons and then I met Dr. Papillion and the amazing team at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery.
From the consultation, I felt comfortable and valued. Dr. Papillion was calm, confident and extremely patient. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), his opinions were different than the previous surgeon I had consulted with and because of this I was a bit anxious. He spent extra time showing me previous surgeries he had done and building my confidence that he was the man to do this job. His nurse Olivia was reassuring and honest as she helped me work through my size options. Then came the hard part, the financial consultation. Normally this process is painful and uncomfortable. But Cindy, Dr P’s financial coordinator was outstanding! She cares and she understands how to mix costs with heart - very, very rare. Dr P showed me that he cared more about me and the outcome he delivered more than the money as he worked with me to make this a tangible option to me. To add to this, Dr P consulted with me twice to further answer questions, help me (I am so indecisive) select a size and finalize my decision. This is impressive for a doctor and a team, especially a cosmetic surgery Office. You see, for me this was not just a decision to be more “beautiful” but it was a decision to get “me” back. To feel confident and to feel as healthy as I had worked so hard to reach. This team did that and more...
The surgery- on go day, I was nervous- but the team at Williamson Co Medical Center were outstanding. Once again Dr P came in with a confidence and professionalism that was top notch. He assured me that he brought multiple sizes and would make sure that he left me feeling natural and confident.
Post surgery was tough of course as any surgery is, but I was back to work and functioning (even if I was a little slower) within 2 weeks with BEUATIFUL, detailed results and great post operative progress. All my post-op care was detailed, compassionate and attentive.
I am not 10 months post-op and my results are better than I had ever imagined. I went from a scared patient who was balancing between gaining confidence and over coming my surgery fears, to a confident, ecstatic patients who believes in Dr P’s high caliber professionalism and excellent clinical quality.

First, I absolutely love the entire staff at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery. Such a warm and inviting office and staff. Dr. Papillion was extremely professional and informative. Felt that my wants and needs were listened to along with feeling well informed and supported throughout the entire process. I went to Dr. Papillion at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery to have a unique type of otoplasty done. I didn't like that my ears didn't have much of a fold on the top and the scapha (upper ear) appeared long, which caused them to look elf like to me. Dr. P and his staff were very kind from the start and made me feel comfortable. I was pretty nervous the day of the procedure, but they gave me a combo of mild oral medications that helped me to relax. Dr. P's staff was wonderful and had soft music playing and covered me with blankets. I don't remember a lot during the procedure but, do remember a sweet nurse patting my hands while getting the numbing injections, which was very comforting. The numbing injections around the ears weren't bad at all and I had zero pain during the procedure. The first 48 hours after was the most painful, as expected, but honestly wasn't a big deal. I didn't even pick up the pain meds they had prescribed and just took 1 or 2 tylenol. Most of the pain was from me bumping my ears by accident.
It's been about a month and a half now and my ears are healing well and look much more normal. The procedure has given me the confidence to go swimming without worrying my ears are showing or to wear my hair up. I would highly recommend Dr. Papillion for any procedure. He is a great surgeon!

I was given a more youthful look after fat liposuctioned from my belly was inserted around my mouth, lips and chin. I'm glad I did it. It looks natural--no fat lips--and the lines around my mouth are noticeably less. I chose this procedure, which gives a permanent fix, over filler injections after learning that I would need three vials of filler--$600 per vial--every six months to achieve roughly the same result. It was a good decision. I was awake throughout, carefully monitored by Dr. Papillion and his staff. Everything was explained as they worked--no surprises. As for pain, it was akin to a root canal, with the numbing procedure the most painful for me. My face was swollen and purple for a week, gradually normalizing over the course of another 10 days. I looked bad, but facial pain was minor. The nurses advised me to wear spanx after the procedure, and I strongly recommend anyone undergoing liposuction to take this advice. It makes a world of difference! The folks at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery Center were topnotch professionals who did excellent work while remaining incredibly kind and encouraging.

After doing a good amount of research I decided to go to Dr. Paul Papillion for the neck lift procedure. This decision proved to be the correct one. Dr. Papillion and his entire staff were extremely professional. I could not be happier with the outcome of the procedure. Never did I feel I was being "sold " anything. The amount of time the clinic spent with me before and after the procedure far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Papillion and Cool Springs Plastic Surgery.

I had been insecure about my nose my whole life, but I put off getting plastic surgery for years. I wanted to be positive that I would NOT be getting the procedure in order to "fix" myself, but rather, to tweak something physical that I wanted changed, but ultimately, could be happy with or without.

I'll do my best to summarize the experience quickly. After numerous consultations in the area (which I definitely recommend doing) I decided that Dr. Papillion would be the best fit for me. At first, I was nervous that he might not be able to handle how D-E-T-A-I-L-E-D I was going to be about what I wanted. However, he and his staff remained very gracious and helpful during the several emails, calls, and appointments I made during the planning, surgery, and recovery processes.

Recovering from the surgery was relatively easy. I looked like I had just lost in a bar fight, but it just felt like an intensely congested nose. The swelling went down pretty quickly, and the pain in my nose was nearly unnoticeable by the end of the week.

The only complaint I have doesn't actually have to do with Dr. Papillion. During surgery, despite multiple warnings from me and the nurses to be VERY careful with my throat, as I am a singer, the anesthetist nicked my uvula, which caused an EXTREMELY painful sore throat. My uvula became infected, and literally did not look like a human organ. The pain went away after two weeks, but having to deal with very intense pain while drinking room-temp water was really aggravating. I include this detail because it's a risk that comes with going under during surgery, and it's something I wish I'd been made aware of.

However - everything that was under Dr. Papillion's control, before and after surgery, was better than I could have asked for.

So - if you're looking for a surgeon who will give you a killer nose, as well as politely deal with your type-A, perfectionist self, I really recommend coming in for a consultation with Dr. Papillion at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery.
