I met Josh Wall on my first visit. He assured me he could provide scarless mole removal on my face for a series of blind moles. They are touting themselves on their website as Sydney's number one mole scarless removal. Pure lies. Avoid. I went to the clinic for the procedure - the doctor - he had not been briefed on my case, he had no idea how to remove the moles and ended up burning them off. I should have left when I realised he was clueless. I have ended up losing pigmentation on 3 places on my right lower cheek. They were opened wounds he just burnt the flesh away. It is shameful and I regret ever going to them. They are more interested in giving you fake beauty then providing any form of cosmetic surgery to heal an issue. Avoid at all costs.
Definitely go somewhere else if you want good results - spent more time fixing what they mesed up. My results were very subpar and was not what they promised that I would be able to achieve. Very disorganised
Absolute nightmare of an experience here. I've been back and forth with Contour clinics for about a month due to problems. Photos attached should speak for themselves. Do not recommend this treatment, especially not from this clinic. Absolute waste of $2400. Rude and unprofessional staff. The timeline of what happened: FIRST VISIT (28/Oct) •I come in asking for 2–3 mLs on jaw angles and perhaps some in chin •Get told it takes around 6–8 mLs so get convinced into doing 4 mLs with the possibility of coming again later to do it in two stages. •I write concerned about the swelling and visual appearance. They say don't worry, the swelling will go down •About week and a bit goes by and say still nothing is in the right places it looks. It is asymmetrical and slanted to the left, the areas around the chin are too wide. There is a gap on the right side of the jaw. •He says 'come in and I'll give you 2mLs for free because we were thinking about doing it in two stages anyway, and we'll fill over the gaps' SECOND VISIT •As he's filling I get nervous because he is spending too much time and effort on the left side which is already too heavy compared to the right. He says 'don't worry, I promised to give you 2mLs, remember', as if I was worries he wasn't putting enough in when I was actually freaked out he was doing the same problem yet again. •I go home and things still don't look right. Gaps had been overfilled and now there was a rounded appearance and no angularity on the corners of my jaw •I was intent to wait the two weeks for the swelling to go down to be absolutely certain this wasn't a swelling-related issue •One week and a bit goes by and I have no reason to be confident the issue was swelling-reated. I book a follow up appointment to be sure I can get it dissolved as soon as possible •In the process of booking this appointment, I'm told I should see a different doctor with their clinic instead who has more experience with this procedure. It is an hour away from where I live but I agree to go because I am desperate THIRD VISIT •I get to the place. The lady at the desk is rude and looks at me as if I shouldn't be there. Talks to me in a condescending voice •Doctor is behind schedule by an hour. •I see the doctor and he says he will dissolve the left side (the worst side) to refill it to look like the other side (the less worse side). He only says he will do this for free if this process is taken. •I agree and he dissolves the left side •The doctor was in such a rush there was no opportunity to look at myself in the mirror before leaving •I use the mall bathroom on my way home and notice the filled side looks so much worse than the dissolved side and my natural jaw, and figure the doctor must have just made some mistake. •I return (just about 10 minutes later) asking to see him again •The rude desk lady says I would have to wait 4 hours to see him again. I say this is not possible. I am in my exam period and I should have really been at home studying this whole time. •I ask for another appointment at the clinic closer to where I live. She says I still have an appointment for two days away that I can go to (it was the one I initially made after the second visit wasn't turning out well, but they gave me this appointment at this clinic instead) FOURTH 'VISIT' •I attend the clinic two days later closer to where I live intending to get it dissolved •They cause a major fuss saying that it is not possible to do. They give various and conflicting reasons as to why. •I am fed up by this point. I just want the thing dissolved. I have been dealing with this for over a month by this point. I say it needs to be done today. I don't care about the money or the possibility of free future treatments, I just want this out of me. •They insist it is not possible. I have to wait until the next week. NOW • I currently have one side of my face filled and the other unfilled. I don't want to deal with this clinic anymore so I'm going somewhere else to pay to have it dissolved. I do not recommend this clinic. This entire experience has felt like something out of one of my worst nightmares. I've been grateful there are mask mandates where I live so that I can hide my face.
I’ve had lip fillers in the past in another clinic, I bruised a little but wasn’t painful at all, I get the result I wanted, basically everything went well. Then I wanted to get it done again, this time I decided to do it at Countur Clinic Five Docks. But the experience was traumatizing. The doctor kept saying everything is fine and look beautiful. While clearly it wasn’t, my lips looks awful and it’s so painful. I felt gaslighted. After 2 days, I got the fillers removed. He told me to come back in 2 weeks to redo the fillers, but I couldn’t trust him so I didn’t come back to get it redone. I also had my nose fillers done at the same time, and the result after a week was my upper nose look wide. But anyway I didn’t complain, because I was so focus to get my lips fixed and just be healthy.
I don’t believe we can confidently predict what has occurred here. It would be unusually for the pimple to last 2.5 months. It is true the pimple could have been injected into and created a layer of scar tissue that the body will remove however the removal process will take time. Up to 3-4 months would usually be enough. The bump could be a lump of filler that did not integrate properly into the tissues. The only true way to tell what is happening is to find an injector who does ultrasound injecting and they can have a look and tell you if its filler, some residual scar tissue, a blocked duct or a pimple.
Yes getting Chin and Jawline Filler would really help the appearance of your side profile. It would bring better balance and harmony to the lower face helping to feminise your profile. We need to put a little bit of filler into your chin for projection. This will also help reduce the appearance of an overbite. You need to make sure you also get your pre jowl area injected with filler. This will help lift the jawline here creates more definition and shape for your profile. Depending on the results from that we may look at a small amount of filler at the back of your jawline but the most important area would be your chin and pre jowl area.
Whilst it does look like your cupids bow has a little too much injected we really need to fix the whole perioral and lip area of your mouth. Firstly as you can see from your profile image your top lip protrudes more than your bottom lip. This ratio should be the other way. The ideal size ratio is 1 for the top lip to 1.6 times for the bottom lip. So you Bottom Lip needs to be injected with filler to get closer to this ratio. Next you can see that the corners of your mouth face downwards and the marionette lines (lines from the corner of the mouth to your chin/jawline) are quite strong with you. We need to use some filler in this area to strengthen and support the lower part of you mouth and potentially use some Botox to do either a lip flip or to treat your DAO’s (depressor anguli oris muscle) This would lift the corners of your mouth upwards and help widen your lips. My recommendation would be to do all of this first and then reassess whether your cupids bow needs to be dissolved. My thoughts are it most likely will be but I would leave this till the end.
Dysport does take on average around 3 days before it starts to work and up to 2 weeks for the full results to appear. So you should assume that the results will continue to improve in the forehead and frown lines. Should they not be what you expected most clinic will be more than happy to give you a small top up to achieve the result you were after. Please just wait the full 2 weeks before requesting this as many studies have shown maximal results do not appear until 10-14 days after injection.
I would recommend starting with 0.5mls of filler. It is true if you do have small lips and too much product is placed in them they can become overfilled and the product may migrate outside the lip border. In your case your lips have a beautiful shape and even though a little small I would recommend slowly building them up. This creates two positive effects. It lets you see how lip filler works for you and the results you like. It also lets the filler naturally integrate into the lip tissue and slowly get bigger. This is the best way to build larger lips. Build the product in slowly every 4-6 weeks until you get to the size you are happy with. A good thing to keep in mind is immediately after having your lips injected their will be some swelling. If you prefer the shape of your lips at this stage more than 2-3 days post filler it is a good sign you need to come back and have a top up.
