Scarred face - ended up losing pigmentation on 3 places

I met Josh Wall on my first visit. He assured me he could provide scarless mole removal on my face for a series of blind moles. They are touting themselves on their website as Sydney's number one mole scarless removal. Pure lies. Avoid.
I went to the clinic for the procedure - the doctor - he had not been briefed on my case, he had no idea how to remove the moles and ended up burning them off. I should have left when I realised he was clueless. I have ended up losing pigmentation on 3 places on my right lower cheek. They were opened wounds he just burnt the flesh away. It is shameful and I regret ever going to them. They are more interested in giving you fake beauty then providing any form of cosmetic surgery to heal an issue. Avoid at all costs.
