59 & a day never went by that I didn’t wish I had bigger breasts

I am 59 years old, and I have always kept myself in very good physical shape but I had very small breasts and a day never went by that I didn’t wish I had bigger breasts. I told my trainer that I was thinking of getting breast augmentation, and she said she has just the person for me! This led me to Dr. Angelos and that’s where my transformation began!

Amazing doctor - words can’t express how pleased I am

My experience with Dr Angelos has been SO amazing. From day one at the consultation his energy was positive, and his team is solid. Chelsea and Kelly were always patient with me and always answered my questions, regardless if I emailed them a million times lol. The day of surgery, same energy positive, confident. It made my nervousness subside. I followed Dr Angelos instructions for aftercare...

Great Experience - Should Have Done It Sooner!

I loved working with Dr. Vasko and she did a fantastic job on my eyelids. She kept me informed about the entire process and what to expect in regard to swelling and healing. I am so glad I had this surgery - no idea why I waited this long!

Q: What is the best approach to achieve a fuller look while minimizing the chance of developing keloids? (photos)
Answered by Dr. HehrMarch 17, 2023

A: Unfortunately, keloids are a risk with any surgical procedure, especially in those that are already prone to developing them. There are several options that exist to help minimize the risk of this and your surgeon can discuss those with you. In regards to achieving a fuller looking result, you have two options. One would be using your own tissue and adding volume to the breast with fat grafting which is completed through minimal incisions. The other option would be a breast augmentation with implants completed through the scars you already have. This option would not place any additional scars on the breast. As always it is best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to create a custom plan for you.

Q: Re: Ultherapy. I am a male (65 yrs) wanting Ultherapy. Should I avoid it in my neck area because of the thyroid gland?
Answered by Dr. HeckAugust 2, 2020

A: ULtherapy is approved for treatment on the face, neck and chest. An experienced provider will advise you on the areas they can not treat (around some nerve areas and over the trachea) but rest assured the neck is an area of ultherapy we treat all the time. Best of luck.

Q: CoolSculpting or Cooltone for banana roll / saddle bag area? (photos)
Answered by Dr. HeckAugust 2, 2020

A: Cool Tone sits on the glute area and may help to lift, strengthen and firm the glute. Cool Sculpting can treat the banana roll area but you actually don't appear to have enough tissue to treat that area honestly. An in person consultation with a trusted provided can best advise! Best of Luck.

Q: Wanting Breast Lift + Aug. Do I really need 2 surgeries 12 months apart?
Answered by Dr. AngelosMay 22, 2020

A: Thank you for the photos. You are an excellent candidate for a Breast Lift with Implants.I routinely perform these procedures together.  I would consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to insure the best option for you.  Best of luck!

Q: Can you have liposuction with diastasis recti?
Answered by Dr. VaskoMay 7, 2020

A: Thank you for your question. Yes you can have lipo if you have diastasis recti, however, as you stated, lipo will not correct diastasis recti, only a tummy tuck can correct that. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon.
