I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hehr and his entire team! From the very beginning, they ensured I felt comfortable and confident in my decision by answering all my questions and explaining the process clearly. Throughout the entire experience, they were kind, professional, and attentive to my needs. I also really appreciated how accommodating they were with my schedule, making sure to fit me in so that I could have surgery on the day that worked best for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Over the past 15 months, I’ve been on an incredibly difficult journey through breast, cancer, treatment, surgery and reconstruction. They not only guided me through the complex reconstruction process, but also treated me as a whole person, understanding the physical, emotional and personal weight of each step even when I faced an unexpected infection after surgery Dr. Hehr and team were immediately responsive, compassionate, and thorough. They reassured me when I was anxious, acted quickly, and made sure I healed safely. Their skill, kindness, and commitment have been a light during one of the darkest times of my life. I am beyond grateful for the care I received and would recommend Dr. Hehr and the CAPS staff without hesitation to anyone in need of not only a highly skilled plastic surgeon, but a compassionate one as well. It is rare to find a specialist who has both an amazing bedside manner and is an incredible surgeon. I found both in Dr Sbrocchi and his staff. Dr. Sbrocchi took a great deal of time listening to me and asking questions. He also took a great deal of time marking me for surgery. May sound silly, but he is an artist in a way. I drive all the way from cincinnati to see him bc of his superb reputation and for the fact he goes through insurance and uses a state of the art surgery center. My results were better than I had dreamt and at theee months out, my scaring is very minimal. After the surgery, if I had any questions (I had a lot), I emailed his two nurses and every single time they responded in 5-10 minutes. I felt like I had my own private nurse! Last but not least, my mom was a nurse and told me the way to find a good doctor is to ask a nurse. While in the surgical center, I had three nurses tell me he is the best. They were right!

Dr. Angelos and the entire team at CAPS are so professional and experienced. My breast augmentation was a big investment and something I’ve wanted for almost 20 years so it was a big deal! Obviously never having any type of cleavage I had no idea what to pick for size or what to expect so I leaned heavily on their guidance and he gave me a range that would look good with my body type and shape. It’s perfect! It’s the best decision I could have made and I am so happy with my results. I felt prepared and informed in the entire process!

Dr. Heck and his entire team are amazing! They were very helpful from start to finish, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Everything was so smooth, from the consult clear to the surgery. They also put me in a large close by because I live far away, and it was so relaxing and phenomenal. I would recommend Dr hack to anybody. His work is amazing.

Dr. Heck and his team are exactly what you are looking for if you are nervous about seeing a plastic surgeon. They are honest, know their stuff, put you at ease and are always just a phone call or email away. They have always treated me like I was just a clinic bestie lol. I feel safe and LOVE my results from a tummy tuck with liposuction. I had a complication less than a week after surgery (at no fault of the surgery team) and Dr. Heck called me every 45 min to check on me and took my issue very seriously and had me back in surgery that night!

From the initial consultation to the end of my time with Dr Hehr and his staff, the experience was amazing. Dr. Hehr is an amazing surgeon. I was recommended to him when I had to have my implants taken out and new ones in due to a rupture. He is very knowledgeable at what he does. He has a great bedside manner and makes you feel at ease and very comfortable. I never felt rushed at any of my visits in his office. He thoroughly answered all my questions and took the time explaining my procedure and aftercare. His staff is excellent as well. So nice and always willing to help with any questions or anything you need. They made the process so easy from start to finish. On top of all of that I couldn't be happier with my results. He did such an amazing job. I'm so happy I chose to have him do my surgery and I will highly recommend him to others!
