I recently underwent a tummy tuck procedure, and 10 days post-surgery, I am feeling absolutely great. I attribute much of my positive experience to the exceptional care and outstanding work provided by Dr. Samaha and his staff.

From the initial consultation to the post-operative follow-ups, my doctor demonstrated a level of honesty and thoroughness that instilled confidence in every step of the process. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, potential outcomes, and addressed all my concerns with patience and clarity. He never tried to push any extra surgeries or unnecessary things that other doctors might recommend.

Throughout the recovery period, Dr. Samaha's guidance has been invaluable. His attentiveness and willingness to provide detailed information have made a significant difference in my overall comfort and understanding of the healing process. He answered my phone calls at 5.30 am, 11. 20 pm, and always followed up making sure I was ok.

I underwent a neck and lower face lift (SMAS) 4 weeks ago. I am thrilled with the results and the overall experience!!! My turkey neck and jowls are gone! I had minimal bruising and moderate swelling that resolved within 2 weeks. I was able to return to my physical -demanding job in 10 days.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: You will find in your research that the customer care and consideration you receive from a small-family office like Boston Plastic is the ideal choice for first-timers and regular patients. Upon calling their one direct phone line, you will speak with an associate within 5 seconds. every. time. Surgical nurses also make themselves available on-call 24/7 on weekdays and weekends. As a smaller specialty-practice you will have no trouble scheduling appointments in a reasonable time-frame. Nurses and associates are prompt with follow-up reminders and give personal direct lines for you to contact them with questions and concerns.

SPECIALTY SERVICES: Boston Plastic has a variety of services offered for face, breast and body, though not so broad that it’s a one-stop-shop for all. Meeting with Dr. Samaha & staff, it’s evident that the services offered are practiced by a provider most-specialized in that service. Any patient can choose to have their before/after photos taken in-office be available or unavailable for use internally, ensuring privacy. Even still, they have an enormous bank of photos to show you for real-life results for patients that have given internal written consent.

COST OF SERVICES: Boston Plastic does not work with insurance. period. This makes their base pricing the most-reasonable that you can find in the Boston area. They give full visibility to pricing, what to expect, when to pay, with no hidden fees. In any major practice working with insurance, they cannot guarantee that your surgery and supplemental appointments covered pre-op and even post-op, and will have inflated prices because of this. This reduces the headache and uncertainty of pre-authorizations, coverage discrepancies etc. At Boston Plastic, you will pay $100 for an initial thorough personal consultation from Dr. Samaha, and a single and simple invoice for your operation that you may pay up-front or over time through a CareCredit payment plan. All other appointments will not be billed. This includes pre-op, post-op, 14-day check-in, 3-month 6-month check-in and even ad-hoc appointments made at your request.

PROFESSIONALISM: At Boston Plastic you will be given ample face-to-face time with your doctor, Dr. Samaha, as well as your anaestetiaologist, surgery nurse and patient coordinator. They are attentive, friendly, knowledgable and will even recognize you by name. Any time you are meeting with Dr. Samaha, you will have another experienced staff member present in the room (probably Maureen). You will not feel rushed - Dr. Samaha makes himself readily available, and can even fit you in last-minute if needed. Upon first contact with Boston Plastic, you will receive an email from a patient coordinator (probably Maureen) to set up an introductory call free-of-charge. You’ll find the patient information documents provided to you at introduction are clear, simple and up-to-date, unlike other practices I’ve consulted. This includes information on what is means to be “board certified” and more insight into the qualifications of Dr. Samaha and the Boston Plastic facility.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE: No waiting. No lines. You will be seen promptly, on-time, at the time of your appointment. Like most major surgeries, you will be contacted shortly before your surgery date for the exact time of operation, usually scheduled between 6am and noon. The Boston Plastic operating room is IN-HOUSE. No hospitals. No unfamilar faces. Just steps steps away from your usual exam room. On your surgery date, you will meet your anaestetiaologist in-person to get acquainted with ample time for questions. The head surgery nurse (who you met with pre-op) will greet and speak with you as well. In the OR you will be cared for by several experienced Boston Plastic nurses, who will calm/distract you and make you feel at ease before going under. You’ll also be cared for by an OR nurse (probably Deb) post-op who will walk you out to your friends/family. You’ll receive a personalized post-op care plan with planned times of medication (that you’ll already have filled and picked up at your first pre-op appointment) specific guidelines for care, restrictions etc. Your head nurse will be available for contact 24/7 weekdays & weekends, and will also call you a couple days post-op to check-in.

Stats day before surgery : 5’0 111ibs and I couldn’t even fill my 34B bra…I knew I wanted to work with him as he’s very Lowkey but every person who has worked with him has had positive breast reviews. I loved his office and staff and he was very personable and was such a good listener and really told me what would work for my height and frame ( 5’0 and range from 111-116 pounds). I had 2 pre-op visits, trying on sizes from 350,385, and 415ccs I found 385 to be perfect and was scheduled March 17, 2022 for surgery!!! I stopped taking any medications and stopped smoking Marijuana 2 weeks prior. 2 days before I started washing washing with the surgical soap and I can’t stop watching YouTube videos on BAs!!!! Day of surgery they called me in from the parking lot and went into a room where I met with my nurse signed some papers and took some medicine I was sooooo nervous and shivering (it was not cold) she made me so comfortable and brought me a heated blanket and joked around with me which I so needed. Next my anesthesia guy came in and he made my morning!!! He told me exactly what to expect and made it more fun then me dwelling on going under. Next my doctor and surgical nurse came in ( I’m still nervous) and Dr. was so kind marking me up while keeping my mind busy with conversation. Next it was go time!! I walked into a room where my surgical nurse and anesthesiologist and they got me nice and comfy and he put in my “St. Patrick’s day no calorie cocktail :) “ and I was out…. What seemed like a minute which was about 1.5 later I remember talking and waking up with my nurse who listens to me ramble for awhile and gave me some ginger ale apparently I didn’t want to wake up. When going to the car I felt very nauseous. I closed my eyes the 20 minute ride home and threw up as soon as I got home. I then was set up on the couch in and out of sleep for the entire night. No pain slight pressure very nauseous!! I went the first 2 days with no food but kept up with Gatorade/water mix. March 18th day after surgery my left boob was in way more pain and seemed more swollen and tighter then the right ( I am left handed) Ice packs are my best friends they feel so amazing and definitely help with pain. I’m normally a stomach / side sleeper and it hasn’t bothered me sleeping on my back at all, the neck pillow is a must!! It’s March 19th now and left boob has settled down and feels even with the right.

I just got out the shower and I feel so much better. My skin has been super oily ( way more then normal) I just seen my breast without the bra the left seems exactly how it feels. Swollen and tight but I’m very optimistic about the drop and fluff to come.

March 22 day 5 and I’m back at work ( working from home) I feel so much better I took a shower on my own able to do things ( very slowly and cautiously ) still super high and tight ( basically in my armpits and very top heavy ) the cold makes my chest spasms and I have more stinging in my left boob my shoulders and higher back kill only taking Tylenol atp stopped taking pain meds by end of day 3 and antibiotics stopped on 4th night. I’m getting nervous about the shape / look and overall tightness my P/O is Thursday which will be a complete week. If anyone is reading this how long until the “deformed” look went away ??

March 23 day 6 wow I feel like I’ve gone through a setback I’ve been taking Tylenol drinking water and eating healthy my incision is so itchy lately and my left boob is really really painful I can do way more with my right every move hurts on my left March 24 day 7 I woke up and surprisingly feel great today drove for the first time turns hurt driving highway entire way to 1 week post op was great. Dr. Says I look on track and all of my symptoms seem normal says to not do massages I can press down and ice to help process of dropping and continue Tylenol as needed I was worried about capsule contractors and he says there is a medicine that can help, used for asthma but less then 1% or less that he has handled. My strips were still on so can’t really see scar but seems really small. March 25 8 days post op!! I still feel like I’m progressing everyday and my left seems completely equal with my right and my mobility in left has also gotten better I was able to lightly clean my home and wash my hair today and have a burst of energy. Implants still in my armpits
, I still feel tight and have been experiencing stinging, sharp pain near nipples that does not last long, and sometimes have muscle spasms. I changed to a sports bra almost cami like and I’m so happy with my results ( I know I’m still early in recovery)

March 26, day 9 nothing new to report. March 27 day 10 stopped taking Tylenol , Terri strips came off. Incision site is scary it was dark I wiped clean with warm wash cloth with the hibiscus surgical soap I plan on calling doctor to discuss what it looks like, how I should clean and properly manage what bras should I wearing. March 28th day 11 nurse say my incision look great and I can clean very gently dabbing with warm water and patting dry and I’m allowed to wear sports bras / anything without wire. Although I’m able to push together a little I am still high and tight with a little awkward shape I’m enjoying waking up and every day seems better then the next. March 29th day 12 They look so good with clothes on and looks good from straight on (with no clothing) the side profile with no clothing still is a weird shape and in my armpits looking. My showers have gotten more peaceful/ less painful still have mild discomfort and boobz are tight bending over is still majorly uncomfortable and I avoid. Still sleeping on back with angle although I’ve been waking up on my side. March 30 day 13 I wake up a couple of times during the night

March 31st day 14 woke up in pain took 2 Tylenol my pain is now dominated my right boob and the under boob of both hurt and the bra is irritating my incision having a burning feeling on the sides underneath armpits April 11th 3 weeks my shape looks great (still high but I don’t mind) the burning sensation and sharp pains have subsided the only discomfort now is bending over or using my arms to lift myself. Boob greed is real I find myself missing the swelling but I love them so much I find it’s the perfect size for my height and frame. I’m able to wear them out and hide them as if nothing happened. Feeling better still haven’t worked out yet besides walking. I find myself waking up on my sides although I still have been sleeping upright and in my back. I am sooooooooo happy I would 100% recommend.

I’m so excited I feel so amazing!! I’m honestly speechless I couldn’t be happier they are more squishy and according to doctor should have some more fluff in the coming weeks. I used to not even fill out a small sports bra and now I’m busting out of mediums and I don’t plan on wearing a bra ever so I haven’t bothered checking what size I am. I have had a lot of fun wearing shirts I could never and getting use to my new normal 100% recommend

I did my homework and met with two other surgeons before my consult with Dr. Samaha. I knew right away that he was the one. With the others I felt rushed during the consult. Dr. Samaha explained in detail how the procedure would go and even provided detail on things I hadn't considered (not having gone through this before) such as keeping the lymph nodes intact and thus not requiring drains, etc.. His co-worker, Maureen was extremely accommodating, getting my surgery scheduled to fit with my time-line. Maureen, Dr. Samaha and their entire staff were knowledgeable, professional and honestly top notch in terms of my overall patient experience. I'm glad to be on the other side of it and 100% certain I made the right decision going with them.

I met the staff at Boston Pastiche Surgery when I had a breast augmentation about 10 years ago . I returned this time for liposuction of my abs and flanks .

Dr Samaha and the staff listened to my concerns and gave me realistic expectations. They also scheduled me in with in 2 weeks .

I was 191 pounds pre op - 185 post op

After 4 weeks I began massage w a man out of Lynn. Massage was so helpful ! Painful. It very helpful with healing.

The process is slow and the soreness is real at 4 months it is less but still present.

I had been contemplating a BA for a few years now, after I underwent a rhinoplasty that significantly improved my confidence. After that surgery I felt like I should have done it way sooner. Therefore I started thinking far more seriously about a BA. I've always been small chested and at 5'7 140-145 I'm not "petite" by any means.

I have a larger hurt and I just was so unsatisfied with my square upper body. I decided to pull the trigger when COVID crushed my 2020 travel plans and I was now stuck with far my PTO and "extra travel money" than I had anticipated this year. Thanks to my super supportive boyfriend and friend who had a BA over a year ago, I began researching local surgeons. This app was insanely helpful too!

I had consultations with two surgeons and went with the 2nd as I felt so insanely comfortable taking to him and his staff. I booked my surgery for 6 weeks in the future, taking full advantage of October cooler/sweater weather for recoup purposes.

So far day 1 PO was the toughest. Definitely needed the narcotics (which I didn’t think I would need). I think the hardest part has been the limited range of motion and overall dependence on my boyfriend for legit everything. On day 1 I wasn’t even able to pull my own pants on/off for the bathroom lol.

Today is day 4. I didn’t sleep well last night due to over all itching and inability to get comfortable. I’m getting quite sick of sitting upright all the time and my butt is feeling it lol. I’m already so in love with them though. Here the typical high/body/robot boob stage. But I already see changes!!

Attaching images I showed my surgeon. I told him I’d like to be more proportionate with my large butt and tall height, by not in your face. Like most girls, I wanted the look of a C/D, who knows if I even have the correct perception of that lol!
He had me try on a range from 295-400cc and we chose 360!

Just got back from my 1 week check up. All looks great! I’ve been cleared to drink alcohol, take edibles, drive, sleep on my side, sleep braless, and return to the gym in two weeks! I’ll be going back in 5 weeks for another follow up and to start massages. My PS doesn’t recommend a band for dropping, he said they would drop in their own. Steri strips should fall off within the weeks too! Super excited for some normalcy!

So I woke up this morning and I think the right is starting to drop. Left has been the more finicky one this whole time - more sore, tight, swollen from day 1. I’m super excited!
Also, I have been plagued with chest acne since a day or two after surgery. Not surprising as I was sitting in the same sweatsuit for days. I had trouble sleeping elevated, so I was taking melatonin as well and Benadryl to curb “itchy boob”. This cocktail led to some wild dreams and waking up in my own sweat lol!
Anyways, trying to recover from the chest acne and celebrate the start of the drop!
I stopped by TJMaxx yesterday and I’m so so soooo excited with all the low cut options that are now on the table!!! My credit card is feeling it!
And a final update, my steri strips have started to peel off, super exciting!
I feel great, I took a week and a half off from work (surgery Wednesday, back to work this coming Monday) but truly think I would have been fine going back to work this past Monday (only taking three days and the weekend off).

Although it doesn’t seem like it in the pics, the right one has definitely started to drop a bit and the left is not far behind. I took the remaining steri strips off today. I’m honestly in zero pain or discomfort. The only mild “discomfort” is trying to acclimate to my old clothes with my new boobs lol. Tank tops and shirts don’t fit like they used to and I feel like I’m being sandwiched in even if it doesn’t look like it!
Also really enjoying the new low options for clothes

Just hit 3 wpo and I feel back to normal! A bit of stiffness and heaviness in the morning when I wake up, but that’s about it! Trying to limit lifting as much as possible! I’m attaching some update pics. My scars look amazing already and the scabs have all gone. I’m not cleared to massage yet and I feel like that’s why they’re not dropping that much (ugh). I’m scheduled to go back in 3 weeks for another check up and will start massages then!

Dropping some more images and a video update. I love my boobs!! They’re super soft now and hardly ever bother me. I’m returned to the gym and can do everything aside from chest. I’m returned to lifting (full body, legs, arms) with ease! I was instructed to use Biocorneum once a day on scars to help with coloring. Next visit is 6 month PO.

Been MIA for a while. Life update: I love my boobs. If I had to do it again I would have gone a tad bigger. That being said I’m still so happy with them. They hide well, but also flaunt well. I am back to lifting heavy in the gym. I feel so much more proportionate. Love!!!

As an adult male looking to inquire and possibly obtain services such as these, I am very fortunate to have struck gold on my first attempt.

Every staff person I have encountered at Boston Plastic Surgery in Quincy, MA not only met, but exceeded all of my expectations.

Kind, respectful, knowledgeable, patient, professional, caring, and highly skilled at all aspects of the treatments they offer, I was, and continue to be, amazed by the staff as well as the results I have obtained.

I cannot recommend this office—and all its staff, any more highly then to say: do yourself a favor....make the appointment, put your trust in them, you will not be disappointed!

I have dreamed of getting a breast augmentation since I was a teen. And I’ve always been so nervous and worried. Dr. Samaha and everyone working at Boston plastic surgery did an amazing job making me feel so comfortable and the entire process so very easy! The surgery and recovery was an absolute breeze! I've been researching the BA process for years and decided to finally make a decision this past December. I visited three places and decided to pick Boston Plastic Surgery in Quincy, MA . My doctor is Fouad Samaha and has 25 years of experience.

Tomorrow is the big day (3/09/18) for me and I'm soooo nervous but excited. For the past two weeks I've been second guessing this entire operation and if I chose the right size. I'm praying this entire process goes well.

Tonight I'll be cleaning my chest with Hibiclens and taking 300mg Gabapentin.

I was super nervous going in. I could believe it was happening. I was told to come in at 7am and the nurse took my vital signs and I spoke to the anesthesia specialist to answer simple health yes or no questions. After that I met my nurse and was given a hospital gown to change into before walking to the operating room.

When I walked in I laid down on the operating table and was given the anesthesia. In about two minutes I fell asleep and they began my surgery.

My surgery time was around 8am and my nurse woke me up in the recovery room around 9:15 am. I was very loopy and the pain wasn't unbearable. Less painful than in expected. Around 11am I took a Tylenol then I went to IHOP and ate an entire omelette and pancake meal.

The area I was feeling the most pain in was the middle of my chest. It had felt like someone was stepping down on me with their foot and trying to keep me down .
Getting out of the car and trying to sit on my high bed is super difficult. I didn't really have too much of an appetite after IHOP and slept for most the day.

The recovery process has been surprisingly very easy for me. I stopped using Oxycoten after the second day and Tylenol after the third. The pain in the middle of my chest went away by the third day now the only pain I'm experiencing is in my right breast, nothing super painful.My doctor said it's due to me being right handed. The swelling in my boobs have gone down a lot too which I'm really happy about because they were way too big for my liking.
I was told to continue wearing sports bras and light lined non padded bras. I bought a pack of 5 zip front sports bras from amazon for $27. The compression from the sports bras seem to make me feel more comfortable then being braless which is new for me.
During the night I'm still sleeping elevated. Sleeping on my back without any elevation causes my chest to hurt a lot more when I wake up.

I feel like it’s been a very long week for me . I was going through boobie blues. As the swelling went down I was starting to think my boobs were looking too small and I chose the wrong size ????. Fast forward to the end of this week I like the size again lol . My breasts are also dropping faster than expected but my doctor says it’s most likely due to my diet being so healthy before the operation that my body is healing very well and fast causing a less painful recovery; so make sure you are eating an adequate amount of protein before and after the surgery. I’m starting to see the look my doctor is trying achieve by using the high profile implant. My nipples were a little low and to save money on getting a breast lift too we chose the high profile implant.


I also started going back to the gym. I was supposed to wait until this week but it’s hard for a gym rat like myself. I didn’t go too crazy. I did the stair master on a very low speed and low weight on legs exercises. Doing upper body and abs is definitely not happening yet.

The past two weeks my nipples have been extremely sensitive. It bothers me to wear a bra, shirt or cover myself with a blanket ????. I’ve also noticed the right side of my right boob (kinda close to the armpit) has no feeling to it. This is also the same side that gave me a pins and needle feeling the day after my surgery. I won’t be seeing my doctor for another 3 weeks but I’m thinking about calling the nurse in the morning.

I attempted to go bra shopping the other day. My boobs are still too perky and height for a bra to make any type of difference. The sales associate at VS suggested I come back again maybe at the end of the month. So far I do know that I am no longer a 32 in band size but a 34 and we think my final size is going to be a 34D.
I didn’t notice much progress until I compared my photos from this past Monday to today and I’m shocked. They look a lot fuller in just 4 days!

I have an appointment coming up this Tuesday with my doctor then I won’t see him for another 3 months.
At my last appointment he told me to start applying Biocorneum to my scars.I apply this gel every time I take a shower (twice a day). I suggest that you buy it online and not at your doctors office. It’s much cheaper. Also alittle goes a long way so you can buy the smaller bottle.
I will start to post more pics of how my incisions are healing.
