385cc moderate plus / 5’0 111 pounds

Stats day before surgery : 5’0 111ibs and I couldn’t even fill my 34B bra…I knew I wanted to work with him as he’s very Lowkey but every person who has worked with him has had positive breast reviews. I loved his office and staff and he was very personable and was such a good listener and really told me what would work for my height and frame ( 5’0 and range from 111-116 pounds). I had 2 pre-op visits, trying on sizes from 350,385, and 415ccs I found 385 to be perfect and was scheduled March 17, 2022 for surgery!!! I stopped taking any medications and stopped smoking Marijuana 2 weeks prior. 2 days before I started washing washing with the surgical soap and I can’t stop watching YouTube videos on BAs!!!! Day of surgery they called me in from the parking lot and went into a room where I met with my nurse signed some papers and took some medicine I was sooooo nervous and shivering (it was not cold) she made me so comfortable and brought me a heated blanket and joked around with me which I so needed. Next my anesthesia guy came in and he made my morning!!! He told me exactly what to expect and made it more fun then me dwelling on going under. Next my doctor and surgical nurse came in ( I’m still nervous) and Dr. was so kind marking me up while keeping my mind busy with conversation. Next it was go time!! I walked into a room where my surgical nurse and anesthesiologist and they got me nice and comfy and he put in my “St. Patrick’s day no calorie cocktail :) “ and I was out…. What seemed like a minute which was about 1.5 later I remember talking and waking up with my nurse who listens to me ramble for awhile and gave me some ginger ale apparently I didn’t want to wake up. When going to the car I felt very nauseous. I closed my eyes the 20 minute ride home and threw up as soon as I got home. I then was set up on the couch in and out of sleep for the entire night. No pain slight pressure very nauseous!! I went the first 2 days with no food but kept up with Gatorade/water mix. March 18th day after surgery my left boob was in way more pain and seemed more swollen and tighter then the right ( I am left handed) Ice packs are my best friends they feel so amazing and definitely help with pain. I’m normally a stomach / side sleeper and it hasn’t bothered me sleeping on my back at all, the neck pillow is a must!! It’s March 19th now and left boob has settled down and feels even with the right.

I just got out the shower and I feel so much better. My skin has been super oily ( way more then normal) I just seen my breast without the bra the left seems exactly how it feels. Swollen and tight but I’m very optimistic about the drop and fluff to come.

March 22 day 5 and I’m back at work ( working from home) I feel so much better I took a shower on my own able to do things ( very slowly and cautiously ) still super high and tight ( basically in my armpits and very top heavy ) the cold makes my chest spasms and I have more stinging in my left boob my shoulders and higher back kill only taking Tylenol atp stopped taking pain meds by end of day 3 and antibiotics stopped on 4th night. I’m getting nervous about the shape / look and overall tightness my P/O is Thursday which will be a complete week. If anyone is reading this how long until the “deformed” look went away ??
