My wife wanted me to start working out again, so I did. I was losing weight around my middle section but my double chin remained even when I got back down to my college weight. I found out about the new coolsculpting treatment for double chins and my wife booked me an appointment. I was a good candidate and decided to give it a try. I got a headache for the first 8 minutes of the treatment then it was pretty painless for the rest of the hour. When the tech took it off it burned like crazy for a few minutes and then it was completely fine. I didn't have any of the potential side effects they discussed at the consultation. When I went back in for the after photos I was shocked that it had worked so well. They mentioned I could do another treatment but I am pretty happy with how it looks, but may do another one later down the road. Easy experience, would recommend to anyone.

I am 36 years old, I workout and eat really well most of the time. I have always struggled with a little bit of a lower stomach, more recently I began accumulating fat near the front of my bra line or what I call tank top fat. I hated how I looked in tight workout tops with fat spilling out of the side/front of the armpits and my belly bulge. I learned about CoolSculpting from my family doctor. He recommended I go to a nearby facility that only performs CoolSculpting. I did some research and booked a consultation and within a few days I was booked for a few sessions. The treatment was easy, I was very comfortable in a nice spa chair watching Netflix. The first few minutes stung a little bit and the massage afterwards was fairly uncomfortable, some cramping and aching, but only lasted a few minutes. I went to the gym did kickboxing right afterwards. My abs were pretty sore but that went away in about a week, no issues on my tank top area, just a little numbness. When I went in for a 4 week follow up, we took pictures and there was no change. At 8 weeks I was starting to notice less fat but wanted to see the pictures for confirmation. I was happy to see a nice change in the photos. I went in for my 4 month follow up and still even better results! I am thinking about doing another session on my abs, I was told I would see even more fat go away. I exercise regularly and am fit. But the aging process has not been kind to my midsection! I researched Coolsculpting and also researched companies. I decided to go with Bodify in Phoenix. I had the process completed on two areas: love handles and abdomen. The Bodify team used a smaller suction device on my love handles and used the flat applicator on my tummy. It was not painful and other than numbness, it was never uncomfortable. On 2/23/16, I went in for my 4 week (and 3 days) photos. I'm already thrilled with the results! Updated on 21 Mar 2016: Today, I had my 8 week photos taken and I'm more than thrilled! I love my new look and I love the people at Bodify!
