I underwent a septorhinoplasty and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Andrew Miller on September 3, 2026, and I’m extremely happy with my experience and results!
My journey began with a complimentary consultation in August 2025. After taking some time to consider my options, I decided to move forward with surgery in June 2026. The booking process was straightforward, and although the rhinoplasty pricing had increased by $400 since my initial consultation, I felt the adjustment was reasonable.
I especially want to recognize Claire, the surgical coordinator, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was proactive about calling with updates, helped coordinate paperwork, patiently answered my questions, and continued to be helpful even after surgery when I had postoperative concerns. I really appreciated her communication, responsiveness, and willingness to help.
The only aspect that could have been smoother was the scheduling. My original surgery date of September 2 was moved to September 3, and my arrival time was changed several times, including less than a week before surgery. This was a little inconvenient when coordinating transportation and time off, but Claire kept me informed throughout and did her best to accommodate the changes.
On surgery day, everything went smoothly once I was brought back for preoperative preparations. There was a slight delay due to the previous surgery running longer than expected. Before surgery, Dr. Miller took photographs and reviewed my rhinoplasty goals with me one final time, which I appreciated. He also personally called to check on me that evening, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
My postoperative appointments were at one week, two weeks, and six weeks. At my six-week appointment, I was cleared to resume all normal activities.
As for my results, I absolutely love them! One of my biggest priorities was achieving a natural-looking result, and Dr. Miller delivered exactly that. I receive compliments all the time about how natural my nose looks, which means so much to me. My results are subtle enough to complement my existing features while still making a beautiful difference. As the swelling continues to go down, I find myself loving my results more and more. I’m only six weeks postoperative, so I know there’s still plenty of healing and refinement ahead, which makes me even more excited to see the final outcome.
Overall, I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Miller and his team for their care and professionalism. Despite the minor scheduling inconveniences, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. A special thank you again to Claire for making the entire process easier to navigate. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Miller to anyone considering these procedures!
