I had the procedure about a week ago. Jannele was great. It was not uncomfortable at all. She came in every 20 minutes. I was there over 2 hours I had 4 tx that day. I haven't expierence any side effects. But this far, I don't see any difference. I purchased 4 and get 4 more. I don't know if it will change more in the next month. It is supposed to. I will see.
I went in for Botox and laser facial tx. Impressed. It took awhile to get in and get both procedures from April. People within the first week started asking if I had something done!!! Didn't expect that. April is super nice non-judgemental. I liked it so much that I have 4 more visits with her scheduled.
I had an incredible experience with Jennel. She was informative and was happy to answer any questions I had about my treatment. During the treatment she was attentive to any of my needs and made me feel comfortable the entire time. When I was not able to make my follow up appointment she was extremely flexible and rescheduled right away to another date. I would love to return for more treatments from her in the future!
I chose Orbera because it was a non surgical procedure. I did my research and found out whatever I could online but was still not ready to pull the trigger. I went into Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery for a consultation and was amazed at the service they provided. I sat down with them and they were very knowledgable about the procedure and what I could expect from the procedure. I liked that nothing was sugar coated. They ran me through almost every possible outcome both good and bad. After that meeting with Shim Ching and his staff I knew I was in good hands. I had my procedure done on the morning of February 19th. After the procedure I felt groggy from the anesthesia and only felt slight pain in my upper stomach area. As the day went on, the pain in my stomach spread and nausea set in. I was on a liquid diet as advised but still couldn't keep any thing down. The only position I was comfortable in was when I was laying down on my left side and in fetal position. Along with the nausea there was an uncontrollable spat of hiccups. During those first 2 days I was really regretting getting it done. I almost opted to have it removed the next morning. I was so worried that the pain would be something I would have to deal with until the balloon was extracted. Im glad to say that other than the hiccups now and then, and slight intermittent pain in my stomach when I don't chew my food well, the nausea has not returned since! I'm 4 months in and so far I have lost 19lbs. I must admit that I do have a problem sticking to the diet and would have probably lost a lot more weight. But I'm glad that I can still eat foods that I love without it negatively affecting me. I'm happy to say that I'm only 6lbs. away from my goal weight. I love how my friends and colleagues notice and compliment my weight loss and my new physique. All in all, I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend the procedure to anyone looking for a non surgical way to assist in weight loss. The balloon comes out in August so I hope can maintain the weight and keep the portion sizing and eating habits that this procedure and experience has taught me...
I am a female to male individual who chose to go to Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery in Honolulu for my procedure. It has been absolutely life changing for me. I feel as if I have truly come alive for the first time in my life. The entire staff at Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery are incredible and their level of professionalism is unprecedented. There was no other option in my mind that this was where I was going to have my procedure done. The healing process was flawless and I continue to like more and more how my chest looks and feels.
I got my chin done over a year ago, so it's been a while, but let me tell you about my experience. In this review, I'll explain why I got it done, what it was like, about the healing process and how I feel about it now. I basically had a weak chin. When I smiled, I looked fine. But my chin was noticeably not in proportion to the rest of my features when I closed my lips and turned to the side, so I decided to look into it! I did my research of course. I saw two doctors. One was a doctor I had previous plastic surgery from. He really is an excellent plastic surgeon, but he was rather pricey and didn't think me having a chin implant was necessary. The second one was Dr. Shim Ching. The reason I went to see him was because he was the only plastic surgeon on Oahu I could find that offered temporary chin implants, which is basically fillers in the chin. In any case during my consult, he decided I wouldn't be a good candidate for fillers and that getting an implant would most definitely fulfill the look I was going for. My surgery went like this-prep, numb the area, incision in the mouth, insert implant, adjust, stitch and go home. I stayed up during the whole surgery and it was quicker than filling a cavity. Dr. Ching and the nurses were amazing! I know. Lucky, right? I'm not saying your surgery is going to go this smoothly, but my experience was a good one. The following couple weeks, I was really swollen with light bruising. I was given pain killers and provided a list of foods to eat and not eat. Basically, stay away from spicy & crunchy and stick with soft foods. I took the pain killers for the first and second day only. And by the second day, I was starving and ended up eating scrambled eggs. A little over a month after surgery, all the swelling went down. Fast forward almost a year later and here I am. So many great things to say about Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery Inc., would definitely recommend Dr. Ching to anyone interested in getting a chin implant and love my chin! Listen guys. Your chin will never feel the same. You have a foreign object in it for goodness sake! Just remember that. On another note, I should mention I didn't get full sensation back until 6-8 months after the surgery. They cut through tissue & nerves, so it takes a while for the nerve endings to get back to normal and heal. Hope this helps and good luck on your journey! I rarely come on here anymore. I started an account just to hear other people's experience. If you do have any questions, you can email me directly.
My Slimlipo procedure is finally here. I have a couple of more days before it actually takes place. I will upload before and after photos once complete. I will also give an update to how the experience was during and after.
Fat grafting would be the best and most natural option for you. You seem quite slim and may need to gain weight for the procedure. A surgeon could consider submuscular and intramuscular fat grafting, as well as fat grafting to the breast as well to give you the best symmetry and result. Please seek and experienced, board certified plastic surgeon for your surgery.
Thanks for your question. You really should have implants over the muscle. Animation deformity, or movement of the muscle while flexing your pectoral muscles, is the main issue that women who have your hobby would want to avoid. I believe the subfascial position is best. A surgeon could go through your current breast lift scars. A firmer implant such as the Natrelle Cohesive implants would be a good choice as they ripple less and there is an increased risk for rippling when implants are over the muscle.
It is definitely possible to hide the scar in the groin crease and the buttock crease. Less skin is removed with this approach in comparison with the vertical scar along the thigh, but the scar is much better hidden.
We generally recommend Thermiva instead of a vaginoplasty. Thermiva is non surgical, painless and has no risk. It works well for tightening both the inside and outside.
Aloha,
Shim Ching, MD
In your situation, a limited procedure such as an alar base reduction, would not be enough to address your concerns. Typically in Asian Rhinoplasty, the bridge is raised, the tip is reshaped/projected and the alar base is narrowed. I feel you would need all of these maneuvers to achieve an optimal result. Please seek a board certified surgeon with sufficient experience in Asian Rhinoplasty
Thanks for your question! FUE hair restoration is definitely possible in your situation, but it will take a significant commitment in terms of time and cost. You may not get as full a result as your wish photos, but your result will be acceptable, especially if you can adopt a style where the hair is longer on the top of the head.
