Amazing experience as usual with Dr Tsay and his staff! All of their injectors are extremely talented, listen to your feedback and concerns and combine that with their experienced hand to result in a beautiful, natural result just the way you want it :) the office is also very aesthetically pleasing and the staff is responsive and accommodating in regards to scheduling. Highly recommmend!

I had an amazing experience at AgelessMD! The entire staff is so warm and welcoming. Every time I've been treated there I have enjoyed every minute. They're so educated on all aesthetic treatments and answered all my questions. I just received my second Sylfirm treatment with Stephanie yesterday. My first treatment was in January and since then my skin is tighter, more lifted and my pigment has dramatically improved. I received multiple compliments on my skin after just one treatment. I can't wait to see the results after my second. Stephanie is very detailed during the treatment. You can tell she genuinely wants you to achieve great results. I will definitely be booking her again in the future. If you are looking for a new medspa, look no further. You will NOT be disappointed :)

I absolutely love DrTsay. He is incredible in his craft. He has the skills and expertise of any infamous plastic surgeon you can think of. I’m soon to be 35 and DrTsay makes me feel 25. I’ve never had any issues with my filler or botox treatments there. His staff is incredible and they really will do anything to make sure you are happy. The location is clean and modern. There’s tons of skin care and even free snacks! He’s is truly a very good man and soul and his entire team just compliments him perfectly. There are two other nurses there I believe now and I’ve seen their work as well - it’s up to par with him. So whoever you see you will be in good hands. I’ve been coming here for nearly 5 years and I won’t go anywhere else. Anywhere else before this, high end or low end, has not been able to do what DrTsay has for me. Not even close to his level.

I’ve been going to Dr. Tsay for years, and I’m always incredibly happy with my results! This review is for my recent eyelid fillers. I’m in my early 30s and noticed my eyelids were really starting to sink in, which made me look older than I am. I highly recommend this procedure as I’m so happy with the final result. Numbing is always an option, but I chose not to numb at all. I didn't feel any real pain, only a quick pinch where he entered the needle. Since the eyes are such a sensitive area, you’ll need to be patient and wait a full three weeks before seeing the end result. Your entire eye does not swell, but there might be small areas which look more “raised”. I began lightly massaging those areas after a few days with a q-tip. I also continued work and social activities during the healing process. Ultimately, time did it’s job and once the swelling was all gone, I had beautiful results. Thank you Dr. Tsay & your wonderful staff!!

AgelessMD was incredibly negligent and they destroyed my face and my life. They purposely hid the side effects and complications that could result with the Sylfirm X treatment as I called multiple times prior to my treatment to get information and was only told that it is "One day down time" and helps to build collagen. They whipped out a disclosure on the day of my treatment with risks and side effects when it was too late to cancel. I ended up with nerve damage, scars all over my face, dry eye, wrinkly skin, significant loss in facial volume, and large indentations in my cheek. This treatment aged me 20 years over night. AgelessMD currently still push for this treatment at $1500 a pop ruining people's face and lives. It has been six weeks and I am in a nightmare that I can't wake up from. Please avoid this establishment at all cost.
