A: Your concerns are valid as there is always a scar with upper eyelid surgery. However, in most cases it is very well hidden and fades in 6 to 12 months. In darker skin patients, it may take a little longer but it is rare to be a problem. With under eyelid filler it is important to use small amounts and go to a skilled injector. This procedure may not be for every one since in some cases, there is swelling which may require the filler to be reversed. Learn more in the link below
A: This is a complex question as it depends on a few things: What type of implants? Are they intact or broken? How much fat needs to be transferred? From how many areas does the fat need to be removed? Will it be done in 1 or 2 sessions? An in-person assessment is the best way to find out.
A: Liposuction alone may help but will leave loose skin. I have treated these cases with skin excision also. It can be done awake but does leave a scar.
A: This can be treated with awake liposuction with a fast recovery, Costs will vary but may be $4000 to $5000.
