Dr. Joshua L. Fox is a board-certified dermatologist and the founder and director of Advanced Dermatology, P.C. He directs more than 40 offices throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, making Advanced Dermatology, P.C. one of the largest dermatology, laser, and cosmetic surgery groups in the entire region. Dr. Fox and the other board-certified dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic providers on his staff offer a wide range of innovative medical and cosmetic treatment options using state-of-the-art technology, including Ulthera, Thermage CPT, Fraxel, CoolSculpting, laser liposuction, microneedling, Botox, and dermal fillers. Dr. Fox earned his medical degree from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. After graduation, he completed an internal medicine internship at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, followed by a four-year dermatology residency at New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Fox has been chief of dermatology at several major teaching hospitals, including Mount Sinai Hospital and Jamaica Medical Center in Queens. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. In 1987, Dr. Fox founded the American Academy of Dermatology Melanoma/Skin Cancer Prevention Program in Queens, New York. He has worked tirelessly to increase skin cancer awareness and develop effective community screening programs. To further these efforts, Dr. Fox developed the New Age Skin Research Foundation, a dermatology and skin cancer research and advocacy forum for patients and physicians. He currently serves as president of the organization. A dedicated academic, Dr. Fox frequently presents his findings on laser skin rejuvenation techniques, the treatment of scars and stretch marks, and other cosmetic procedures. He has served on the advisory boards of both the National Psoriasis Foundation and the National Rosacea Foundation. Dr. Fox has received multiple clinical and research awards throughout his career. Dr. Taglienti is a board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He had his undergraduate degree at Yale University and had his medical degree at University of Pennsylvania where he graduated as one of the top of his class.
Dr. Troccoli is board certified in dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He has worked as an associate at Advanced Dermatology and the Center for Laser and Cosmetic Surgery since 1997. He has extensive experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Troccoli was born in Los Angeles, California, and attended Hollywood High School, where he graduated with honors. He is the elder of two brothers and is the first in his immediate family to attend college. He attended Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, where he graduated summa cum laude with distinction in psycho-biology. He earned his Medical Degree from Harvard University in Boston and was awarded a student research scholarship, dedicating an additional year of studies to Photomedicine. Photomedicine is a recently developed area of study, focusing on the effects of electromagnetic radiation, such as ultraviolet, visible, and infrared light, mediated through the skin. He conducted pioneering research in the development of multiple-pulsed laser technology and was awarded a Residency Research Award by the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Troccoli remained in the Boston area for his postgraduate studies, completing an internship at Boston City Hospital and a residency through the Harvard Dermatology Program. He has given presentations and collaborated on publications in the field of dermatological laser surgery. Dr. Troccoli has traveled extensively throughout the world and is fluent in Spanish.
