IPL Review New Haven CT
I had my IPL done by Stephanie at Esana MedSpa, I’ve had IPL done at other locations with poor results. If you want to get the best results then Esana is your place. Stephanie is knowledgable and friendly, she makes the procedure go by quickly (thank god!). I try to get IPL done once a year but it’s been a year in a half since my last treatment, I can tell my sunspots are much Worse this time around.

Great surgeon, great staff.
Dr. Pan is amazing. Her office staff are lovely. The surgery was quick. Pain management is fantastic. My procedure has had a complication, (hematoma in upper abdomen/lower chest) and yet she still has me feeling comfortable and confident that my end result will be great. I will continue to post photos as I heal.

Consultation: BAD First impression!
Placed an initial call to schedule a consultation for a Mommy Makeover. The receptionist was not very warm and friendly at all. She said Dr. Pan is not available until the end of July for a consultation. I said nothing sooner and she gave me a flat out NO. Great customer service would have been "Let me take your name and number should we get a cancellation I will notify you right away" This receptionist just cost Dr. Pan at least $15K if not more!!!!! Oh well on to the next
Not Worth It
28yo, 2 Rounds of Coolsculpting on Upper Arms (Triceps)
To be honest, I cannot remember how much I paid for this, so I guessed. I went to get Coolsculpting done on my arms. I thought is was going to reduct the fat. At the follow up, it was visible that there was not difference. The doctor agreed to do CoolSculpting again to both my upper arms. To be clear, I did CoolSculpting; waited for follow-up appointment; did it a 2nd time. My arms lost some fat, but where the machine actually GRABS your triceps, that skin is literally squished
