Provider Review
Placed an initial call to schedule a consultation for a Mommy Makeover. The receptionist was not very warm and friendly at all. She said Dr. Pan is not available until the end of July for a consultation. I said nothing sooner and she gave me a flat out NO. Great customer service would have been "Let me take your name and number should we get a cancellation I will notify you right away" This receptionist just cost Dr. Pan at least $15K if not more!!!!! Oh well on to the next Plastic Surgeon I will go!!!!!
