71 year old female who was complaining of the sagging appearance of her neck, prominent platysma muscle bands, and loss of definition of the jawline. The MyEllevate system was utilized to enhance the jawline appearance with a continuous permanent U-shaped suture support system that was placed with a specialized light-guided device through tiny skin punctures just below the mandible and then tightened to achieve the desired effect.The system also enabled a division of the visible platysma muscle bands on either side of the midline through similar puncture sites in the skin to enhance the neck contour. Finally, a limited skin tuck, known as MyEllevate Plus, was performed to further improve the appearance of the jowls and the neck.
