Bellafill

This is a 30 year old female with a history of a cold sore scar. This star shaped depressed scar was treated with Bellafill. This is after her first treatment which required less than one syringe. In addition, another scar to the upper right was also injected. Note the after photo with the filled in scar resulting in a smoother appearance. Patient went on to have a second treatment for further improvement to the scar.

I want to look less old and less tired was what this woman said prior to being treated with Artefill or Bellafill.  A canula techniue was used to airbrush the volume back to under her eyes and to correct her deep laugh lines.  She chose the long term filler Artefill, now known as Bellafill, because she does not like needles and injections and she did not want to come back every year or so like she would have had to if she had had a product like Juvederm or Restylane.

This female patient was treated with 8 syringes of Bellafill for the purpose of volume restoration. She was treated in the area of her naso-labial folds, cheeks, marionettes and tear troughs. This picture was taken 3 months post treatment.

Bothered by her tear troughs and the beginning of lower eyelid bags that she felt were making her look tired, this woman did not want surgery but wanted something long lasting that would help her. Foreign fillers in the body of the lips can undermine the natural appearance of the upper lip, especially when patients have Juvederm or Restylane. This young patient underwent filler removal of an unknown substance on the upper lip. This filler may be fake Juvederm, Restylane, silicone, or bellafill/artefill/aquamid/pmma.
