Amazing doctor and experience!

My First Time and I LOVE the Results!!!
I have been recommended by my friend who is a current patient and who recently visited the office. After i saw her results I was ready to take my first step. This is My first time getting any type of treatment, the staff is absolutely amazing and very welcoming. Dr. Rich was not only very detailed in his explanation but very kind and absolutely fabulous. A Long Time Coming and Wonderful Results!
I am only one week post surgery but am very pleased with what I see. From the first appointment everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I went to one follow up the next day and a remote via my cell today. I cannot wait to see what I look like in a month!

Could Not Ask for a Better Doctor!
Dr. Castellano is always very personable, as is the staff. Not only is Dr. C extremely knowledgeable, but you can tell that he loves to teach others as well. If I had one tiny complaint, it's only that he books out so far that I do not dare miss an appointment, but that just means that his services are in high demand. :-)

Great medical skills, wonderful practical approach...will tell you when he feels you look perfect and has the relationship skills to let you know if he feels you don't need more. Constantly reminds you that others see the the dynamic view, not straight-on in the camera. Always seeks to minimize or eliminate pain. Knows every aspect of facial expressions and anatomy. He's the best. A true artist. This review was created as part of a nomination to the RealSelf I Love My Injector
Rich is the best injector!...

Radiesse for Non-Surgical Nose Job in Tampa, FL
I went to Dr. Castellano for a non-surgical nose job. I was a little hesitant about going with him because he doesn't have any before and after of non-surgical nose jobs on his website. But the changes that I was seeking were so minor that I was willing to move forward with the injections. Both he and his staff are very patient. His philosophy tends to be that less is more; he doesn't want to risk overcorrection or having his patients look too "plastic". I wanted the dorsal
