...read moreI am only one week post surgery but am very pleased with what I see. From the first appointment everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I went to one follow up the next day and a remote via my cell today. I cannot wait to see what I look like in a month!
Dr. Castellano is always very personable, as is the staff. Not only is Dr. C extremely knowledgeable, but you can tell that he loves to teach others as well. If I had one tiny complaint, it's only that he books out so far that I do not dare miss an appointment, but that just means that his services are in high demand. :-)
I am very happy with the overall service I was provided with Dr. Rich Castellano and his staff. Friendly service all around and Dr. Rich made sure to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood everything.
Great medical skills, wonderful practical approach...will tell you when he feels you look perfect and has the relationship skills to let you know if he feels you don't need more. Constantly reminds you that others see the the dynamic view, not straight-on in the camera. Always seeks to minimize or eliminate pain. Knows every aspect of facial expressions and anatomy. He's the best. A true artist.

Rich is the best injector! He is gentle, kind and considerate. He always explains things thoroughly for me. I would not dare go to any one else for my cosmetic needs. Dr. Castellano is the only one I trust!

I went to Dr. Castellano for a non-surgical nose job. I was a little hesitant about going with him because he doesn't have any before and after of non-surgical nose jobs on his website. But the changes that I was seeking were so minor that I was willing to move forward with the injections. Both he and his staff are very patient. His philosophy tends to be that less is more; he doesn't want to risk overcorrection or having his patients look too "plastic".
