45 year old female open bite, treatment with orthognathic surgery and braces

    This patient is a 45 year old female that had a complete anterior open bite. To treat this patient we placed upper and lower braces to level and align teeth in preparation for orthognathic jaw surgery. With the use of braces and surgery this patient has a result that allows her to fully function on all her teeth.
