    This is a 22 year old Hispanic patientwas unhappy with her large ethnic nose. She expressed that she desired a natural looking and smaller nose and to improve her profile. Stuart B. Kincaid M.D. achieved her desired look by performing an open rhinoplasty with alar wedge (nostril reduction). As you can see with these rhinoplasty with alar wedge before and after photos. She understands that as surgical swelling and scarring softens she can expect continued improvement and fading the scars over the next 6-12 months.
