Rhinoplasty

39 year old woman who wanted a smaller nose. This young lady wanted a smaller nose and wanted to lose the bump on her nose. The post operative photos are at 18 months. The first two images show the frontal views and the last two the lateral (side) views. She had an open rhinoplasty.
