This is a 42 year-old female with a nose she feels is “too big” in proportion to the rest of her facial features. She has a prominent bump of the nasal bridge, an over-projected (sticks out too far) nasal bridge, a wide nasal tip, and a nose that droops too much, especially when she smiles. She desires a smaller, more feminine looking nose that has a slight, gentle, feminine slope to the bridge. She also desires to have more refinement to her nasal tip and to eliminate the droopy look to her nasal tip. In addition, the pigmented lesion of her left cheek was removed at the time of surgery.
