Natural Fill Breast Augmentation

This patient wanted a natural looking breast augmentation with out using an implant. She was wearing a B cup bra and just want enough volume to fill out the bra. She had Liposuction of her abdomen and flanks and had that fat transfered to her breast. The left Breast had 100 cc infiltrated into the retro-glandular space symmetrically in all quadrants and another 100 cc injected into the subcutaneous layer above the breast tissue and all aspects of the breast. The right breast had 80 cc injected into the Retro-glandular space in addition to 100 cc injected into the subcutaneous layer.
