Natural Looking Lower Face Lift with Fat Grafting

    This patient had a lower face and neck lift with Dr. Kevin Sadati.  In addition to this surgery she had Fat Grafting to the face with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma). Everything was done in office under local anesthesia with the use of oral sedation, there was no need for general anesthesia.  The patient has since then returned to Dr. Kevin Sadati for minimally invasive procedures such as Botox.
