    This 41-year-old San Diego patient was interested in breast enhancement and breast lifting surgery. In the before pictures she is about 7 months post-op breast augmentation and mastopexy surgery with smooth, round, 380cc saline implants. In the after pictures she is 2 months post op removal and replacement breast augmentation with 800cc silicone gel implants.
