    This patient decided in her forties to make some significant life style changes. She improved her eating habits, made exercise a regular part of her routine and managed to lose a total of 60 lbs. Part of completing the process for her was undergoing an abdominoplasty and a breast reduction. Her photo here is taken seven years later.
