This patient is a 24 year old who was interested in a breast augmentation.  I felt that this patient would do best with the new Sientra gummy bear anatomical silicone implants, placed through an under the breast (inframammory) incision and under the muscles for the most natural appearance.  In the operating room, I felt that Sientra moderate profile, classic anatomical 350cc cohesive silicone gel, textured implants gave her the best shape.

This 32 year old woman is 5'7 tall and weighs 148 lbs. She has not had any children. She choose Sientra: 370cc, teardrop shaped, round base, high profile, highly cohesive silicone gel implants. They were placed under the muscle, (pectoralis major), using an incision in the crease under the breast. Her results are shown at 6 months afterward.
