    This patient complained of implant rippling and unsatisfactory appearance. Problems were nearly immediate after surgery, and worsened with time. She was 5 years out from initial surgery. Procedure Performed: Removal of saline implants, reconstruction of submuscular pockets, replacement with new silicone gel implants.
