With her huge "flaps/"double labia" coming down from the clitoral hood, a "linear/trim" procedure would never have worked. A specially designed V-Y wedge was necessary for a "natural" looking cosmetic outcome. She had a very short vaginal opening, so care had to be taken to leave enough "give" to allow intercourse. This was a challenging procedure to design.
