    Sex: Female Age: 52 Changes Desired: Two previous rhinoplasties. Raise the bridge, straighten the nose, support and refine the tip, improve breathing. Outcome: Rib cartilage and ear cartilage grafting was used to augment the bridge and support the nose. Ear cartilage was used to reshape the tip. After surgery the nose shows a strong straight profile, is straight and symmetric with a well positioned and refined tip. Breathing is markedly better.
