This patient was not happy with her tummy tuck done by another surgeon.  I did a revision tummy tuck.  I lowered her scar using a bikini incision, did vaser ultrasound liposuction of her abdomen and waist, removed excess skin and re-plicated her abdominal muscles.

Before and after tummy tuck with lipo 360:  This patient demonstrates all 3 components of a standard tummy tuck:  excess skin and fat in the lower abdomen, rectus diastasis, and fat around her waist.  I did a standard tummy tuck with a bikini incision.  3 vector corset muscle plication to flatten her abdomen and cinch in her waist to give her more of an hourglass figure.  I then did VASER ultrasound high def lipo of her waist to give her better contour and a 360 effect.

A young lady with excellent skin was treated with smart Lipo of the neck to debulk the fat deposits forlower face contour.

This patient underwent a smart lipo of the abdomen and lower back flanks. Her skin tone was excellent, despite having had one child prior to surgery. A change in contour is achievable without noticeable scarring.

A medium sized lady achieves natural looking results with a two hour awake procedure using smart Lipo. Small and targeted pockets of fat can be removed to improve appearance even when the patient is not otherwise overweight.

This patient underwent awake liposuction of the abdomen, lower back flanks, with small volume (about 500cc) fat grafting to each buttock region, results are shown at the three months mark. Incisions, still bright red, are well demonstrated, and are expected to fade to a white imperceptible color of the next 6 months.

This patient tried and exhausted all non invasive options, including trying coolsculpt and kybella, with no results. She came to me and I recommended laser liposculpture. Here she is 2 years later on follow-up view.

Another prime example of the effects of lipo contouring even in petite women. And improved curvature can be seen in this already thin woman who desired reshaping her waistline.

A minimally invasive option, smartlipo of the arms allows a remodeling and sculpting of the upper arms to bring out a more athletic and toned look.
