Our patient is a regular who has been coming to us for years for all his facial sculpting needs. He loves an angular, sharp look to his features and trusts only us to provide that to him. He's back now for an update to his filler and this time he wants threads as well. Filler and threads in tandem are going to give him the maximum amount of sculpting possible and he's so excited to see his final results after everything settles in the days to come. WHAT WE DIDWe injected filler to many areas: his lips, chin, jawline, mid face, temples, and under eyes to contour and improve his volume. Additionally, we inserted threads in his mid face and his neck to add a further degree of tightening and definition. He's swollen right now, but did not find the process very painful.
