Patient is a 47-year-old menopausal female status post spinal cord injury with neurogenic bladder consisting of Stress Urinary Incontinence (USI) and overactive bladder (OAB). She had three ThermiVa treatments and reported that she can now hold her urine much better and does not have to run to the bathroom. Her incontinence is much improved and well as sex with her husband.

Pt. underwent surgical vaginal rejuvenation: vaginoplasty with perineoplasty under local anesthesia. She also received one session of labia puffing using a combination of Hyaluronic Acid + PRP (FemXHa). One treatment of ThermiSmooth to the labia majora was also completed to shrink wrap the skin. It supports the bladder neck by increasing collagen production and shrinking existing collagen, creates more lubrication, improves blood flow, regenerates nerves, and improves sensation and orgasmic response. One benefit of the heat is it shrinks the outer skin of the labia majora creating a more youthful look.
