This patient (5’11’’ and 150lbs) was unhappy with her breast appearance after her pregnancies. She underwent successful bilateral sub-muscular Saline breast augmentation (Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Profile 325cc) through a inframammary crease incision. She went from a A cup bra to a D cup. 12 years later she decided to change to slightly larger silicone implants. 500cc Moderate Plus profile MemoryGel implants were placed into the same position as her saline implants were, with support sutures placed internally in the sides of her implant pocket. She now wears a D to DD cup bra.
