This 48 year old woman had a 2 stage Total Body Lift after losing 100 pounds through laproscopic gastric bypass surgery. The patient underwent a two-stage Total Body Lift, with each stage of surgery being 7 to 8 hours and involving multiple procedures. During the first stage of surgery, she underwent thigh liposuction, L-brachioplasty (arm lift), short bra-line upper body lift, and dermal-bra suspension breast lift using the patients chest and back tissue to augment the breasts. This approach treats the breasts and the upper body laxity in unison. During the second stage of surgery, she underwent a lower body lift in which through the circumferential abdominoplasty incisions, the excess lower back, waist, upper thigh, and abdominal tissues are excised. The lower body lift technique was combined with buttock reshaping and augmentation to lift the buttock region and enhance the buttock projection and shape. Also during the second stage, this patient underwent a Spiral thigh lift, and crescent upper body lift.
