    During closed rhinoplasty, both medial and lateral osteotomies with rasping was performed to remove the bony hump, straighten the nose and improve dorsal profile. Septoplasty was performed to correct his deviated septum. In addition, the depressor septi muscle was released to reduce nasal tip drooping upon smiling.
