    34 yr old lady after nose tip reduction, correction of asymmetrical tip and reduced projection. Excellent results using closed surgery. Pictures are just 1 week after surgery showing that there is minimal swelling using the closed technique. The open rhinoplasty technique results in significant swelling and longterm changes.
