53 yo had Smart Lipo; Upper/Lower Abdomen, Mons, Hips, Lower Back (View 1&2)

53 yo mother of two, self-referred to Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre for interests in Aesthetic Body Contouring. She has been a patient of Dr. Aguirre’s for incontinence issues and has a long history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her abdomen and lower back. She is concerned with the “muffin-top” that she developed after weight loss and is unable to get rid of, even with exercise. Dr. Aguirre proposed she undergo, in an out-patient surgery setting, Liposuction of the Upper and Lower Abdomen, Mons, Hips, Lower Back and a Mini Tummy Tuck to address the excess abdominal skin. She proceeded with surgery as recommended.
