I had smart lipo done at finesse cosmetics in Waltham by Dr Shektman. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The dr seemed to know what he was doing and he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. The most painful part of the procedure was when they were injecting the lidocaine but there were times during the procedure where I did feel pain, he did inject more fluid tho but I'm not sure if it's because I worked out every day that week and was already sore.
