    This woman with fair skin and years of sun exposure wished for improvement of her lower half of her face along with her neck. Specifically, she wished for a tighter feel of her skin and some reduction of her wrinkles. We performed a SMAS lower facelift where both the underlying muscle and skin were tightened. This allowed her to achieve a result where the feel, shape, and appearance of her lower face and neck were significantly improved while still maintaining a natural healthy appearance.
