    This patient underwent a combined endoscopic brow lift as well as a mini lift to address the lower facial regions. The outcome is natural and yet eliminates the fatigued and more aged appearance. The procedure required 2 1/2 hours of surgical time and She was able to attend a reception 1 week later with only minor coverup.
