35-44 year old woman treated with Revision Rhinoplasty

This patient had some tip deformities after rhinoplasty elsewhere. (She gave us permission to show only her nose region.) Her skin is thin, and too much cartilage was removed. As a result, her tip was pinched, her nostrils caved in, she had two sharp points (called bossae) at her tip that were obvious and embarrassing to her, her nostrils were arched too high,...and, she could not breathe well through her nose. The one year post-surgery result is shown. (And she is breathing very well now).
