Fractional and focal flat-beam CO2 using the DOT microfractional laser. Her primary concerns were periorbital wrinkles. This is a reasonable result. The patient could use botox and cheek volume restoration along with dermal filler in wrinkles to idealize results. She does not have foundation makeup on in the post-picture, but does have lipstick and eye makeup.
