This patient was unhappy with the bulging below her belly button and the size of her breasts.  A mini tummy tuck and a breast augmentation with implants was performed.  A mini tummy tuck is a procedure that benefits a select group of women. This patient was a good candidate for the minor abdominoplasty.

This patient was unhappy with the bulging below her belly button following childbirth and she was also unhappy with her breast augmentation that had been performed by another surgeon.  A Mini tummy tuck was performed to correct the bulging and a revisional breast augmentation with breast implants was performed.

Before and after tummy tuck. This patient had loose skin and a loss of her hour miniglass shape after pregnancy. I did a tummy tuck removing all skin and fat from her belly button to the pubic area. I used VASER high def liposuction to contour her waist giving her an hourglass shape. I also did a corset 3 vector muscle plication to tighten her waist and flatten her abdomen.

Before and after rapid recovery breast augmentation. This patient wanted more volume and a better shape. She had square breasts in an overly short nipple to breast fold distance. I used a sillicone gel SoftTouch Gummy Bear implant. I used a moderate profile implant. I lowered her breast fold to create space and round out the breasts. We did 3D breast implant imaging to choose the implant profile and volume. She chose a 345cc moderate profile implant which corrected both her size and shape.

Before and after corset tummy tuck: This patient had a scarred abdomen from previous abdominal surgery. She had changes consistent with multiple pregnancies: rectangular waist, loose muscle, and lower abdominal skin excess and fat. I did a corset tummy tuck. The removal of lower abdominal skin and fat removed the unsightly scar on her abdomen. I used VASER ultrasound liposuction to sculpt her waist and give her an hourglass shape. I did a 3 vector corset abdominoplasty to flatten her abdomen and further cinch her waist.

Before and after Mini tummy tuck. This patient had loose skin, stretch marks, mild excess fat, and rectus diastasis after multiple pregnancies. I did a mini tummy tuck meaning that her incision was confined to INSIDE her hip bones. I used a bikini incision and VASER liposuction to sclupt her waist. I did a corset muscle plication to narrow her waist and flatten her abdomen. I was able to remove almost all of the loose skin on her lower abdomen which not leaving her short waisted.

Before and after tummy tuck with lipo 360:  This patient demonstrates all 3 components of a standard tummy tuck:  excess skin and fat in the lower abdomen, rectus diastasis, and fat around her waist.  I did a standard tummy tuck with a bikini incision.  3 vector corset muscle plication to flatten her abdomen and cinch in her waist to give her more of an hourglass figure.  I then did VASER ultrasound high def lipo of her waist to give her better contour and a 360 effect.

Every procedure I undertake is  tailored to the unique needs of our patients. In this particular case. This patient desired a transformative 'Mommy Makeover' to rejuvenate and reshape her body post-pregnancy. Her concern were addressed with a mini tummy tuck to effectively target diastasis, liposculpture complemented by a fat transfer to enhance the volume and shape of her breasts, and a Brazilian Butt Lift or gluteal lipo molding to uplift and give better projection.With precision body contouring, we diminished fat accumulations, both large and small, resulting in a beautifully sculpted silhouette.

A month later, we can see the results in the following photo. It is possible to combine a mini tummy tuck with liposculture to remove excess skin and achieve excellent results. In liposculpture, the body contour must be molded to diminish all the fat accumulations in the body. As a result, there will be no disproportions in the future.  This procedure is combined with fat transfer to the glutes.

REVISION tummy tuck. This patient was unhappy with the results of her tummy tuck by another surgeon. For her revision I lowered her scar so that it could be hidden in underwear. I removed more skin and fat, I re-tightened her abdominal muscles using a 3 vector corset plication technique to cinch in her waist. I then used VASER ultrasound liposuction. to etch out her abdominal muscles and carve our her waist to give her an hourglass shape.
