60 year old lady who wanted removal of her old breast implants followed by a breast lift.

    This lovely woman had really old and really hard breast implants. She had a typical appearance with the implant high and breast tissue sagging over the implant. I removed her implants and the scar tissue around them and then did a breast lift. She is wearing a C cup bra.
