    Patient with vulvar pain. Had initially been diagnosed & insuccessfully treated for vulvodynia by local docs. Saw super-specialist who ruled out vulvodynia and referred to me. Pain was from chronic chafing from labial entrapment. Very challanging case, as each labum had significantly different structure- challange to get even. Now, 6 months after surgery she is pain-free.
