This 30 year old female is 5'8, 151 pounds, and has one child. She presented for a mommy makeover. She had 450cc Natrelle highly cohesive silicone implants placed above the muscle, (subfascial), and a mini tummy tuck with liposuction to upper abdomen and flanks done.

A Mini tummy tuck was performed to correct the bulging and a revisional breast augmentation with breast implants was performed.

She had a mini tummy tuck with liposuction and an umbilical float. This means that she does not have an incision around her belly button.

This patient was unhappy with the bulging below her belly button and the size of her breasts.  A mini tummy tuck and a breast augmentation with implants was performed.  A mini tummy tuck is a procedure that benefits a select group of women. This patient was a good candidate for the minor abdominoplasty.

Patient presented with diastasis-recti and lax tissue around the belly button. Patient's main objective was to treat the extra skin, and decided to have her concerns addressed with a skin-only mini abdominoplasty.

Before and after tummy tuck. This patient had loose skin and a loss of her hour miniglass shape after pregnancy. I did a tummy tuck removing all skin and fat from her belly button to the pubic area. I used VASER high def liposuction to contour her waist giving her an hourglass shape. I also did a corset 3 vector muscle plication to tighten her waist and flatten her abdomen.

Before and after rapid recovery breast augmentation. This patient wanted more volume and a better shape. She had square breasts in an overly short nipple to breast fold distance. I used a sillicone gel SoftTouch Gummy Bear implant. I used a moderate profile implant. I lowered her breast fold to create space and round out the breasts. We did 3D breast implant imaging to choose the implant profile and volume. She chose a 345cc moderate profile implant which corrected both her size and shape.

Before and after corset tummy tuck: This patient had a scarred abdomen from previous abdominal surgery. She had changes consistent with multiple pregnancies: rectangular waist, loose muscle, and lower abdominal skin excess and fat. I did a corset tummy tuck. The removal of lower abdominal skin and fat removed the unsightly scar on her abdomen. I used VASER ultrasound liposuction to sculpt her waist and give her an hourglass shape. I did a 3 vector corset abdominoplasty to flatten her abdomen and further cinch her waist.

Before and after Mini tummy tuck. This patient had loose skin, stretch marks, mild excess fat, and rectus diastasis after multiple pregnancies. I did a mini tummy tuck meaning that her incision was confined to INSIDE her hip bones. I used a bikini incision and VASER liposuction to sclupt her waist. I did a corset muscle plication to narrow her waist and flatten her abdomen. I was able to remove almost all of the loose skin on her lower abdomen which not leaving her short waisted.

This patient was not happy with her tummy tuck done by another surgeon.  I did a revision tummy tuck.  I lowered her scar using a bikini incision, did vaser ultrasound liposuction of her abdomen and waist, removed excess skin and re-plicated her abdominal muscles.

Before and after tummy tuck with lipo 360:  This patient demonstrates all 3 components of a standard tummy tuck:  excess skin and fat in the lower abdomen, rectus diastasis, and fat around her waist.  I did a standard tummy tuck with a bikini incision.  3 vector corset muscle plication to flatten her abdomen and cinch in her waist to give her more of an hourglass figure.  I then did VASER ultrasound high def lipo of her waist to give her better contour and a 360 effect.
