64 year old female treated for a skin lesion

64 year old female with a red scaly lesion of the right temple. This had been present for years and had been treated with different topical preparations without success. She had previously had surgery for a skin lesion just above the area in question. She wished for definitive removal. We excised the area in the office and reconstructed it with a rhomboid flap. Results are shown at two months.
