    This 59 year old woman sought to improve the sagging of her lower face and neck and jowling at the jaw line. Since her eyes and the rest of her upper face were in good shape, the patient and Dr. Vath decided together that a mini face lift would be sufficient for her to achieve her goals. With inconspicuous incisions around the ear, well hidden in the scalp and on the border between the ear and face, Dr. Vath was able to lift the skin of her lower face, thereby redefining her jaw line, smoothing her lower cheeks and tightening her neck. After photos were taken 1 month post op.
