This 22 year old female was interested in a breast augmentation surgery for several years. She wanted to achieve fullness on top with some cleavage while maintaining a natural look. The patient decided that she wanted to come back and go larger. She is now 1 1/2 years post her 1st surgery and only 4 Weeks post her 2nd surgery. She currently has 545cc silicone gel breast implants.
